Entries are free for all contestants.
Who owns the rights to the art work after submission?
The Artist owns all the rights. However, as a condition of entry, the entrant grants IAE irrevocable permission to use, reproduce, publish, disseminate and publicly display the submission for the purpose of advancing the IAE, its goals, and its contents without any provenance or compensation to the entrant. Winners may be asked to send in the original work for verification but they can have it returned to them.
How many entries can one person submit?
One submission per participant.
When are the results available?
The results will be announced on dates specifically applicable to an ongoing contest. The art contest winners will be announced on the IAE website within a month of submission deadline. An email will also be sent to the finalists informing them of their achievements.
