My name is Sofia Chaudrey and I am the founder of Islamic Art Expressions
I have participated in many art competitions over the years including coloring contests around the holiday season, Google Doodle and school based challenges. One day, at a relatively casual conversation with my parents at the dinner table, I realized that I have never had an opportunity to participate in an Islamic art competition. I searched online for any available contest and didn’t find much.
Thereafter, with the help of my parents, I decided to create and provide such platform to American students. It has taken a lot of intellectual and financial effort to materialize this idea. I request you to kindly support this platform through your submissions for the contests and generous donations. I encourage all eligible students to participate. Let’s enrich our faith, expressed through art.
